Symmetry Crew Solutions, founded by two career pilots in 2025, is providing staffing for Gulfstream operations, and are exhibiting for the first time at NBAA-BACE 2026.

With their experience, founders Brett Rundle and Grady Montgomery have gained firsthand perspective on challenges confronting corporate flight departments and are striving to address the issues of inconsistent crew quality, unfamiliarity with advanced avionics, and lack of continuity between missions. To solve this, they are assembling a team of experienced Gulfstream G800, 700, 600, and 500 contract pilots.

The Savannah, Georgia-based firm is focused on building long-term relationships with operators, enabling them to request specific crew members already familiar with their aircraft and operations. Symmetry can tailor support for executive travel, owner-flown operations, flight-department augmentation, delivery and ferry flights, and new aircraft acceptance.

A former NBAA Corporate Aviation Management Committee member, Rundle spent more than 25 years at Gulfstream Aerospace, including more than 20 as chief demonstration pilot. Holding multiple world city-pair speed records, he is a factory master entry-into-service pilot for Gulfstream deliveries (G500/600/700/800) and is type-rated on eight Gulfstream models.

Montgomery has served as a corporate aviator since 1998 and has been a transition-training captain on the G700/800. He is the former chief pilot for Malphrus International and founder of Part 135 charter Airstream Aviation.
