A ground vehicle operated by commercial airline handling group Dnata collided with a Beechjet 400A jet at Milan Linate Airport (LIML) in Italy yesterday. The aircraft is operated by Naples, Italy-based charter company Slam Air.

A spokesperson for Dubai-based Dnata confirmed that one of its airside vehicles had been involved in the incident, which happened at around 11:20 a.m. local time. “There were no passengers on board the aircraft at the time of the incident, and no injuries were reported,” the company said in a statement. “Safety is our highest priority across our global operations. We are working with the affected airline and the relevant authorities to establish the circumstances of the incident.”
