Jet Aviation's new FBO at KOPF
After operating from a temporary facility at Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport since November, Jet Aviation has unveiled its newest FBO, with the grand opening of the 8,500 sq ft terminal yesterday.

Jet Aviation held the grand opening yesterday at its newest FBO: a 27-acre complex at Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport (KOPF). The General Dynamics subsidiary began operations from a temporary facility at the location in November, making it the fifth service provider at KOPF.

Built to LEED environmental standards—with features such as solar panels, LED lighting, and low-flow water features—the FBO features an airy 8,500-sq-ft terminal with an open layout and floor-to-ceiling windows offering unobstructead views of the ramp and runway. Amenities include passenger and pilot lounges, office space, and a conference room.
