Garmin has acquired flight planning, scheduling, and trip support services company FltPlan for an undisclosed amount, the avionics manufacturer announced on August 29. More than 6.3 million flight plans are created annually by FltPlan’s 165,000 registered users via its website or FltPlan Go app, making it one of the largest flight-planning companies in the world.
