GenNx360 Capital Partners has acquired general and military aviation MRO company Precision Aviation Group (PAG) for an undisclosed amount, the New York-based equity firm announced on Monday. The firm, which invests in middle-market business services and industrial companies, found PAG's portfolio of products and services an attractive investment opportunity with room for expansion.
“PAG is a leading provider of MRO services with a talented management team and a lot of growth potential," said GenNx360 managing partner Daphne Dufresne. “PAG operates in a space that we know well and can add value through our industry relationships and operating initiatives.”
Established in 1993, PAG is based in Atlanta and operates in nine locations throughout the U.S., Canada, Singapore, Australia, and Brazil. The company offers MRO services and supply chain solutions for airplanes and helicopters, including those from Embraer Executive Jets, Dassault Falcon, Textron Aviation, Piper Aircraft, Airbus Helicopters, Bell, Leonardo Helicopters, and Sikorsky.
PAG sees this acquisition as a way to strengthen its company. “We are excited about partnering with GenNx360,” said David Mast, president and CEO of PAG. “Their industry experience, OEM relationships, and operational expertise will allow us to quickly enhance our current suite of products and services. Additionally, we are now poised to pursue the multiple avenues of growth available to us and expand on our mission of providing industry-leading aviation MRO services."
