Dubai-based trip-planning and flight management company iJet (Booth I66) has established a joint venture with Spanish flight dispatch provider Aerogate. iJet said the goal of the venture is โto overcome language barriers and add a personal touch and local expertise to [our] services in the Iberian region.โ
The iJet Espana effort represents further growth for the company since it was established in 2014. โA company that started its journey in Dubai with a team of five now boasts 45-plus employees and regional offices in all the aviation hubs of the world,โ said the company, which added that it now has โa strong presence in Latin America, far east Asia, China, Russia, Indonesia, and the African continent.โ
โWeโre continuously growing and expanding our network to be able to provide services of the highest quality to aircraft operators around the globe,โ said iJet CEO Adnan Branbo.
The company aims to enhance the quality of flight operations for business aviation operators. โFour years into its establishment, iJet now competes with big names in the industry, offering premium flight support and aviation services worldwide,โ the company claimed. This year and next, iJet's mission is to โzero in on eliminating flight-processing delays.โ
โAs a startup company it [can be] difficult to convince clients to work with iJet; however, once they do, they always come back,โ said iJet vice president Ben Ali.
