Airbus Helicopters Reports Stronger UK Sales

Company also offers its Helionix flight-deck simulator at its Oxford headquarters, allowing for pilot familiarisation with the latest cockpit.

Airbus Helicopters is the market leader in the UK, “with 46 percent of the civil and parapublic market,” according to parent company Airbus. It reported sales of 14 helicopters there last year, “demonstrating a year-on-year average growth in the civil market of 36 percent since 2013.” This comes against a general trend for sluggish sales in the sector.
