Constant Aviation has completed its fourth 7,500-cycle inspection of a Bombardier Challenger 300, the company announced this week. The midlife inspection requires more than 8,000 man hours, since it is one of the most comprehensive inspections the Challenger 300 can receive.

 


To date, Constant Aviation has completed four of the five inspections required for this model family. Introduced in 2004, the Challenger 300 fleet is just beginning to receive these inspections, it said.

The company has five service centers and 21 AOG locations in the U.S. Its newest service center—<a href="https://www.ainonline.com/aviation-news/business-aviation/2017-10-18/constant-aviation-opens-phoenix-area-mro" target="_blank">in Mesa, Arizona</a>—had a soft opening in early October, with an official grand opening scheduled for November 8.
