Helitech Expands Market Presence

Having come from small beginnings at Redhill and Duxford Aerodromes, HeliTech has come of age alternating between London and Amsterdam.

This year’s three-day Helitech show, which concludes today at the Excel exhibition center in London’s Docklands, saw 200 exhibitors and a raft of industry announcements. The show also had a temporary heliport and indoor static area. On the first day of the event, Safran launched the Aneto engine line for super-medium and heavy helicopter market, with the Leonardo AW189K named as the first application.
