Ruag Performs Heavy Inspections on G550
In addition to the concurrent 15- and 30-month inspections, the Swiss MRO provider also found time to paint the twinjet and work on its engines.

European maintenance provider Ruag Aviation recently completed simultaneous 15-month and 30-month inspections on a Gulfstream G550 at its Munich, Germany, facility. The contract from Sky-Tech Maintenance Service also included full painting of the aircraft with new livery and line maintenance on the twinjet’s Rolls-Royce BR710 turbofans during the five-week downtime.
