Learjet 35A in Fatal Crash at Teterboro
Both pilots were killed when the twinjet crashed in a warehouse area a quarter mile short of Runway 1 in gusty winds. No one on the ground was injured.

Learjet 35A N452DA crashed on short final about a quarter mile from the approach end of Runway 1 at Teterboro Airport yesterday at approximately 3:30 p.m. Both pilots, the only ones on board, were killed when it broke apart and burst into flames on impact in a crowded warehouse area in Carlstadt, New Jersey. No one on the ground was injured. According to FlightAware data, the flight originated at Philadelphia International Airport at around 3 p.m. local time.
