Market Leader DJI Unveils New Quadcopter for Industrial Uses

The Matrice 200 comes with DJI's first upward-facing camera gimbal and a built-in ADS-B receiver to help monitor nearby aircraft traffic.

Leading small drone manufacturer DJI has unveiled a ruggedized quadcopter for enterprise-level industrial uses, including aerial inspections of public infrastructure and energy facilities. The new Matrice 200 (M200) series drones come with a built-in automatic dependent surveillance-broadcast (ADS-B) receiver, enabling an operator to monitor nearby ADS-B-equipped aircraft.
