Bombardier Bizjet Deliveries Fall, but Net Orders Rise

For the first nine months, it shipped 109 business jets, compared with 135 in the same time frame last year.

Though business jet deliveries at Bombardier fell by 26 aircraft, to 109, in the first nine months from a year ago, shipments of the new Bombardier Challenger 650 increased by four units, to 15, during the comparable periods. (Photo: Bombardier Aerospace)

Bombardier Aerospace delivered 36 business jets in the third quarter, down from 43 from the year-ago period, the company reported today. The latest mix included seven Learjet 70/75s, 13 Challenger 350s, six Challenger 605/650s and 10 Global 5000/6000s versus seven 70/75s, 18 Challenger 350, three 605s and 15 Globals last year.
