Quest Lands Chilean Approval for Kodiak 100

Earlier this year, Quest named Santiago, Chile-based Aeroservicio as its authorized Kodiak sales representative for Chile.

Quest Aircraft added Chilean certification to its list of approvals for its Kodiak 100. The turboprop single's ability to perform short takeoffs and landings from unimproved fields makes it appealing to operators in Latin America, the company said. (Photo: Quest Aircraft)

Quest Aircraft has received type certification for its Kodiak 100 turboprop single from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation of the Republic of Chile, the Sandpoint, Idaho-based aircraft manufacturer announced yesterday. This adds to the aircraft’s approvals in Latin America, a list that includes Brazil and Mexico.
