Dassault Hails Falcon Customer Support Initiatives

French OEM continues to bolster service offering and promote new 8X and 5X, while upgrading other models, as it hopes for a sales upturn.

Dassault continues to make major investments in product and customer support initiatives for more than 2,000 Falcons in service today.

This year’s annual Dassault Falcon community get together was a bigger than usual event, in part as the company is marking the 100th anniversary of its origins. The gathering near the Eiffel Tower in Paris on April 13 drew some 500 customers and Dassault employees from around the world.
