Former NBAA staffers Kathleen Blouin and William “Bill” Stine II will each receive NBAA’s Pillar of the Association Award, formerly known as the Staff Lifetime Achievement Award, next month at the NBAA Convention in Orlando, Fla. Both retired this summer–Blouin was the senior vice president of conventions and forums, while Stine was the director of international operations. The two will be recognized during NBAA’s annual awards luncheon on Tuesday, October 21. In its 67-year history, NBAA has recognized only two other former employees for their lifetime contributions to the association and the business aviation community with the award: Fred McIntosh and John Pope.
