Latin America has long been regarded as one of business aviation’s key emerging markets, and yet the past 12 months have seen the region deliver mixed fortunes for the industry. It was against this backdrop, and a critical Brazilian general election, that the 11th annual Latin American Business Aviation Conference & Exhibition (LABACE) was staged at São Paulo’s Congonhas Airport last month.
