He holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in education from the University of Illinois, has taught aviation for over 35 years in industry and as a university professor and academic dean at three different universities. He is also a frequent seminar and after-dinner motivational speaker.&nbsp;
Lombardo holds an A&amp;P Certificate, ATP, CFI and Ground Instructor ratings. He was a corporate pilot and was a research pilot and flight instructor at the University of Illinois. Darren Fronk has joined Constant Aviation as operational manager at its Cleveland facility. Fronk, most recently regional sales manager for Stevens Aviation, has 20 years of aviation experience. He is a licensed A&amp;P mechanic with experience as a maintenance duty manager, lead technician, warranty analyst and maintenance controller. The MRO recently added a 20,000-sq-ft hangar dedicated to small and midsize aircraft. “Darren’s experience fell right in line for the management of all day-to-day operations and staff at the new facility,” said Dave Bowman, vice president of operations.
