It provides access to a large inventory of parts, including those for the Challenger, Global, Learjet, Gulfstream, Citation, Hawker, Falcon and King Air.


“When customers search part numbers, not only do they see a photo of the most popular parts or units and whether it’s in stock, but we also give them the option to have it repaired, and we state our turn time,” said Chris Gress, parts and rotables sales manager.


Duncan Aviation offers overhauls, repairs, rotables, loaners, exchanges and technical support and has in-house repair capabilities on more than 45,000 different repair manuals. If the customer doesn’t want the part fixed, or needs a replacement immediately, Duncan has an inventory of more than 485,000 line items worth more than $45 million.
