Business Aircraft Traffic Ekes Out a Gain in 2012

Business aircraft flight activity was “generally flat” last year, rising 0.3 percent compared with 2011, according to a TraqPak special report released yesterday by aviation services company Argus. The report indicates that business aircraft flying did increase in the first half of last year, but fell in the latter six months. Traffic climbed 1.2 percent and 0.6 percent in the first and second quarters, respectively, but slid 0.1 percent and 0.5 percent in the last two quarters, respectively.
