Chad started his writing career at The Avion,&nbsp;the&nbsp;student newspaper at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida, serving as editor-in-chief before graduating with a bachelor's in aeronautical science. After a stint as managing editor at Professional Pilot&nbsp;magazine, he joined&nbsp;AIN in late 1998. Bombardier Aerospace announced on October 24 that Global 7000 and 8000 aft fuselages will be built at its site in Queretaro, Mexico. The Mexican site already produces the aft fuselage of the Global 5000 and 6000, as well as the Learjet 85’s major composite structures. As announced earlier, final assembly of the Global 7000 and 8000 will take place at Bombardier’s manufacturing site in Toronto, Ontario. The Global 7000 is slated to enter service in 2016; the Global 8000 will trail by one year.
