Jet Aviation is offering an AOG hotline service for Europe, the Middle East, Africa (EMEA) and Asia to assist aircraft operators with emergency or AOG situations. Calls to the hotline number within Europe should be made to +800 5387 8277 and from outside Europe to +41 58 158 4848. The new hotline joins the existing U.S.-based AOG service located at facilities in St. Louis, Teterboro and Boston/Bedford airports.

According to Ben Games, AOG maintenance team manager, the EMEA/Asia team has a track record of resolving AOG or unscheduled maintenance requests within 48 hours. “They are equipped with visas for most of the EMEA and Asian countries and are always on standby. They can be mobile within two hours,” he told AIN.
