Universal Weather & Aviation announced it has signed a letter of intent to merge as a majority partner with Brazilian trip services specialist Cavok Serviços Auxiliares de Transportes Aéreos. “We’ve earned our reputation for being Brazil’s premier provider of trip support services and that will not change,” said Cavok founder Mauro Camargo. “We can now do so even better and on a global scale with Universal’s financial and global resources.”
