<p>The FAA’s annual forecast for fiscal years 2003 to 2014 sees business use of GA aircraft expanding at a more rapid pace than other general aviation segments. According to the FAA, the GA turbine fleet, including rotorcraft, is projected to grow at an average annual rate of 2.3 percent over the 12-year forecast period. However, the jet fleet will be responsible for most of this growth, increasing from 8,000 in 2002 to 12,300 in 2014, an average annual increase of 3.6 percent.</p>
