<p>Two new local business aviation associations are forming on the East Coast. The First Coast Business Pilots Association (FCBPA) in the Jacksonville, Fla. area is soliciting members from northeast Florida and southeast Georgia. Membership is open to business aviation pilots. Much farther up the coast, a meeting will be held on November 4 at 11 a.m. in Portland, Maine, to gauge interest in forming a local business aviation group in Maine.
