Thomas Cook Looking To Exit Airline Business

The European travel group seeks to sell all or some of its airlines, including Condor in Germany, to shore up its finances.

Marking yet another step in the ongoing shakeup of the European airline industry, one of the continent’s largest travel groups, Thomas Cook, confirmed on Thursday internal discussions over the possible sale of its airline business to increase financial flexibility and concentrate on its core strategy.
