Belfast FBO Changes Hands
The facility marks Avflight’s first outside the U.S.

Aviation services provider Avflight has acquired the former Eurojet FBO at Belfast’s George Best Belfast City Airport, making it the company’s first location outside the U.S. The location is separate from the main airport terminal and provides passenger and crew handling and services such as executive lounge, a crew lounge, direct access to aircraft, flight planning and weather equipment, technical assistance with aircraft, complimentary Wi-Fi, catering and ground arrangements such as limousine and hotel accommodations. The FBO offers Avfuel fuel and Avtrip points. Its ramp can handle aircraft the size of a G650, and customs and immigration services are available on request.

“Avflight’s reputation has been built on simultaneously high-touch yet efficient service,” said company president Carl Muhs. “We look forward to building on the current offerings in Belfast City and enhancing the FBO experience for our guests, both those visiting for the first time as well as for former Eurojet customers.” The airport is open from 6:30 a.m. until 9:30 p.m., and the FBO’s hours of operation add a half hour on either end of those times.
