The entire team at Business Jet Traveler magazine is proud to announce that Jeff Burger, editor, received NBAA’s Gold Wing Award “for excellent and insightful reporting on the most important issues impacting business aviation.” Jennifer Leach is the BJT's editorial director.
Specifically, the award was for the publication's October/November 2010 issue, which featured a 10-page special section titled "The Bizav Advantage." This section provided reminders of why private air transportation has grown and flourished over decades and why it is more important now than ever before. In the midst of the current onslaught of negative public perception against private air travel, the section made the case for business aviation in a very positive way.
