Embraer has signed a variety of agreements for regional jet support with customers across the world. A five-year flight-hour pool program with Dniproavia Airlines of the Ukraine, Athens Airways and Spain’s Andalus Lineas Aereas covers the support of 17 ERJ 145 twinjets (11, four and two, respectively), while a similar agreement with NIKI Luftfahrt of Austria provides for the present E-190, which will be joined by another four aircraft. Singapore-based subsidiary Embraer Asia Pacific (EAP) and Fuji Dream Airlines signed an agreement for a 10-year flight-hour pool program for replacement parts. The Japanese airline has two firm orders for the E-170 and one
for the E-175.
Here at the Paris Air Show, Embraer also launched its engine LRU (line replaceable unit) pool flight hour program option. The new option is offering E-Jet customers in Europe, Africa and the Middle East unlimited access and repair of General Electric engine LRUs.
