<p>That’s what the Trenton-Mercer County Airport (TTN) is asking, and Mercer County plans to make public the tail numbers of aircraft that operate at the airport between midnight and 6 a.m. NBAA has expressed the opinion that such an action would be unreasonable and would unjustly discriminate against the operators of those aircraft and therefore violate the FAA Grant Assurances. “It does not make good public policy or business sense to compromise the privacy and security of any operations at the airport,” said NBAA chairman and interim president Donald Baldwin.</p>
