Peter Wright Jr. was promoted to vice chairman of West Chester, Pa.-based Keystone Helicopter. A Keystone employee for 35 years, Wright was appointed secretary/treasurer in 1970, vice president in 1973 and president in 1985. Wright was also honored with the company’s Helicopter Leadership Award last month.

FlightSafety International promoted Tom Mahoney to vice president of government relations. Mahoney was manager of the Teterboro Learning Center and was responsible for the company’s worldwide Dassault training programs. He replaced Al Gleske, who retired after 26 years of service.
