Fred Barth, former manager of flight control for AT&amp;T, retired last spring after 27 years with the Morristown, N.J.-based flight department. Former Tenet Health flight department scheduler Melanie Carney is now a flight coordinator with TAG Aviation in San Francisco. Buzz Bannon, formerly with Bombardier, is now an account executive with Universal Weather &amp; Aviation for the Great Lakes Region. Dale Krupla, a member of the NBAA Schedulers &amp; Dispatchers Committee, has been named manager of Aero Taxi, an FBO at Delaware’s New Castle County Airport. Jet Source has hired Bill McClure as flight operations manager at its McClellan-Palomar Airport in Carlsbad, Calif. He is a certified dispatcher with 24 years of experience. Finally, Shelly Packer, formerly with Harrah’s aviation department in Las Vegas, moved across the field to the Venetian Hotel Resort and Casino hangar, where she is now the flight operations support manager.

A number of schedulers and dispatchers have retired or moved on to new positions.
