The Nordam Group’s board of directors has voted to extend Ken Lackey’s term as chairman and CEO through 2008. He has assumed the additional responsibilities of COO of the manufacturing divisions. John Uczekaj, Nordam’s president and COO, has left the company to pursue other interests. Bill Peacher, Nordam’s CFO, will also serve as COO of the Nordam Repair Group. Tray Siegfried was named v-p of business and general aviation markets and strategic resources.
Tim St. Germain was named v-p of operations at Innotech Aviation’s interior completion center in Montreal. He was most recently director of completions for Berletex, a Montreal engineering firm. The company also promoted Heather Simpson to sales manager for the northeastern U.S. She was previously avionics estimator for the company.
Landmark Aviation named Michael Moore its new vice president of program management at Associated Air Center. He previously worked at Timco Aviation Services as v-p and general manager.
